The Wilson Blade 100L V10 is the lightweight powerhouse of the iconic Blade family. Engineered for players who love the pinpoint precision, raw feedback, and sleek look of the Blade but require a frame that is much easier to swing, the "L" (Light) version brings tour-level control to a highly maneuverable spec.

Featuring the striking Championship Green and Infrared finish of the 2026 V10 generation, this racket is designed to help developing players rapidly accelerate their racquet head speed.

Performance Profile

The 100L V10 is built to deliver the classic "Blade feel" without the physical fatigue that heavier player's rackets can cause over a long match.

  1. Elite Maneuverability: At 285 grams unstrung, you can easily whip the racket through the contact zone. This rapid swing speed makes it incredibly easy to generate spin, hit on the run, or quickly react to fast balls at the net.
  2. Enhanced Stability (StableFeel+): Historically, lightweight rackets can feel unstable or "flutter" when defending heavy shots. The V10 addresses this with upgraded StableFeel+ technology, reinforcing the frame to resist twisting on off-center hits.
  3. Generous Sweet Spot: The 100-square-inch head combined with Parallel Drilling technology creates a highly forgiving string bed. Off-center hits still fly with respectable depth and control rather than dying on the strings.
  4. Connected Feel: Despite its lighter weight, it keeps the core technologies that make a Blade a Blade. The DirectConnect handle system connects the carbon fiber handle directly to the end cap to reduce harsh vibrations and provide pure ball feedback.

Best Suited For

The Blade 100L V10 is a highly versatile frame designed to support player progression.

  1. Rising Juniors & Teenagers: Perfect transition racket for young competitive players moving up to their first adult-sized frame who need control but aren't ready to swing 300+ grams yet.
  2. Intermediate Club Players (NTRP 3.0 to 4.0): Ideal for players who want a control-oriented racket that helps them keep the ball in play while providing enough lightweight speed to work on their topspin technique.
  3. Players Seeking Arm Comfort: If you suffer from shoulder or elbow fatigue but dislike the springy, unpredictable nature of pure "game-improvement" power rackets, the 100L V10 offers a comfortably dampened, controlled alternative.

Stringing Recommendation: To keep this racket arm-friendly and maximize its sweet spot, pair it with a soft multifilament string (like Wilson NXT) at 52 lbs. If you are an intermediate spin-hitter with no history of arm issues, a soft co-poly (like Luxilon Element) at 48 lbs will unlock superb pocketing and control.
